3alet is a comprehensive program by NTP Novi Sad designed to inspire students to take their first entrepreneurial steps and support the creation of new startups — consisting of three key parts: Open Day, Hackathon, and Acceleration Program.
1. Doors to Your Future
An event welcoming University of Novi Sad students to step inside and connect with leading companies offering internships, scholarships, and job opportunities. The day features company presentations, a career fair, and expert-led thematic lectures.
2. Hackathon
48-hour innovation challenges where students develop tech solutions for real-world problems. Winners secure a spot in our acceleration program, while all participants gain valuable experience through expert-led workshops and mentorship.
3. Acceleration
The top teams from the Hackathon gain access to an acceleration program where they receive personalized mentorship, business development support, and guidance for global market positioning. At the end, teams pitch their ideas to win free membership and full infrastructure access at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad.
